Welcome! I’m Alicia Stevens-Blair.

As an educational consultant, advocate, and cofounder of SustainED LLC, I am deeply committed to empowering students and equipping educators with the tools they need to succeed. Throughout my career, I’ve championed the use of innovative educational resources, including emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, to create inclusive and dynamic learning environments that inspire both students and teachers.

At 15 my perspective was forever altered when I went from being a regular education student to a student needing significant medical support overnight. Through emerging educational technology and very dedicated educators, I was able to overcome challenges and graduate. This experience fueled my passion for accessible and inclusive education utilizing tools such as AI.  

With years of experience as a principal, instructional leader, and teacher, I’ve honed my ability to foster collaboration, drive student achievement, and implement impactful strategies that improve educational outcomes. My passion lies in breaking barriers to learning and ensuring every student and educator, regardless of their abilities, has access to opportunities that help them thrive.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I’m a proud wife and mother to an amazing daughter who keeps me inspired every day. I love exploring the world through travel, books, and meeting new people whose perspectives enrich my life.
